Before they acquired the Europcar franchise in NL it was much better. with the new AVIS policy, no more unlimited KMs, no more full cover CDW (high excess always applies) - mostly THEY DONT ACCEPT AMERICAN EXPRESS - So i just go to Hertz instead. Bye.
