I feel cheated. I pay €400 for leasing and I received a penalty of €250 because I made a mistake and entered the wrong month in the transfer, not knowing that I had one month behind. Simply, when paying for January, I wrote payment for February. Because of this mistake, after a month it turned out that I had a penalty of €260 and the service does not get that it was a mistake. I asked in an email half a year earlier to also form me by phone because I rarely read emails and they wrote that they would do so, but they wrote a reminder email. For me, this is unfair treatment of customers. Stay away from such companies.
