The experience in general was good. The explanation of our activities and what was included was clear, we were supposed to start bowling at 19:00 and play for 1 hour, but our game stopped at 19:50 and I didn't see the time on the screen, but a friend told me that when we arrived, 10 minutes already passed. That was not nice. Also the bowling lane 1 is tilted to the left, so it made the experience very poor for the people playing there. I also used that lane a year ago and I'm surprised it's still in that bad state. We had snacks included and they brought 2 plates for 3 lanes. I think that was not enough, but what I liked the less it's that I asked twice if we would get a 3rd plate and they told me they were gonna check and let me know, and no one came back. Also for 17 people during that hour, only one time a waiter came to ask for drinks, making us lose time having to ask for drinks ourselves in the bar. The laser tag experience was great.
