I recently had the opportunity to visit Aloha Amsterdam with my girlfriend and her three nephews. We had a generally enjoyable time playing mini golf, bowling, and laser tag. The staff was friendly, and the activities were well-organized – thank you for providing a fun experience.
Unfortunately, during the laser tag game, an incident occurred that I feel is important to bring to your attention for safety reasons. While playing in the dimly lit and smoke-filled room, I slipped on a puddle of water that was on the floor. As a result, I fell hard and injured my left shin and right knee. Both areas are still bruised and swollen nearly two days later.
I want to thank your staff for their prompt response – someone attended to me right away, provided first aid, and gave me ice to reduce the swelling. I really appreciated that care.
However, I must point out that the situation could have ended much worse. Had I fallen differently or hit my head, the consequences could have been far more serious. I hope you’ll consider reviewing your safety protocols for the laser tag area, perhaps by checking the floor more frequently for hazards like spilled water, or by warning players about possible risks in low-visibility conditions.
