I had a bad experience during reservation. I had communicated in email to reserve from 14:00, But Aloha had reserved it from 13:00. Fortunately, I found this out a day before and I requested Aloha management for the adjustment of time, but was of no help. The reservation team was very rigid and did not offer any help. Sadly, I took all the pain to reach out to all invited people to plan the last minute change. Horrible
