First contact was good, Rik Roorda was helpful. When it came to BTV (I bought a Goal Zero Nomad 100) the problems started. As it is ultimately a sale from Allprepare to Switzerland, i.e. without BTV. Did not work. I solved this problem with a family contact I have in NL.
I asked for a plug that should match my device. I sent respective pictures with the Anderson Plug. After the paiement I got the material in Amsterdam, as ordered - after one week. The plugs sent do not match my plug, unfortunately. I'll have to buy a switch to connect the goal zero boulder to my battery management system.
