Thank you for leaving a review.
Unfortunately, refrigerators are not allowed in the container you’ve ordered. This is also stated on our website, among other things that cannot go in the container (https://www.afval.nl/afvalsoorten/).
If ‘prohibited’ waste is found when unloading the container, a calculation is made for the additional costs. These costs will be charged to you as the customer.
As a customer, you are responsible for the waste in your container. It is impossible for us to continuously monitor every container to see wether, according to your own statement, others are dumping waste in your container.
