I ordered and PAID (!) a measurement, we set up the date and time, the company rep was a no show (no "I am gonna be late" call or message), arrived at a later time. Since I left after the agreed time window he claimed "I was not home" and refused to do the measurement. After several attempts the company refused to look at the obvious evidence and as a result I take my money (a lot!) elsewhere. Loosing an 700-800 EUR order on a 50 EUR measurement? So much about customer service and common business sense.
