Make it clearer that it is not a UK company, depsite having a .co.uk website address and charging you in GBP and making it VERY clear that you will be charged VAT ( Taxes) for importing the items... Saved 35% on retail price here (includes cost of shipping and duty). Only advice I’d give is to avoid domestic duty if you can. It would’ve been cheaper for us to do 2 smaller orders to avoid duty and pay for shipping twice, rather than pay duty here in NZ

Extremely bad experience, had to pay 45 pounds to clear shipment from customs. Website has UK domain so I expected there won’t be any customs charges. I took 2 weeks to receive the item.

Not great. Ended up paying duty on my wallpaper which cost more in total then buying from my country.
No one emailed back from customer support so I had to call instead

Very poor. Company don't explain that orders will be delayed at UK customs with additional charges to be paid. Bad customer service.

So basically you are not clear how much the wallpaper will cost you at the point of ordering. I sent an email, but it was ignored. Managed to get through to call centre. The employee made out that it was my error for not understanding worldwide tax and customs systems, and reiterated to me that we were not part of the EU!

Not great. Delivery time advertised as 2-5 days and it took 17 (with no communication about this). Shipping stated as £0 and I was then asked to pay £60 for import duty and collection fees before... Shipping stated as £0 and I was then asked to pay £60 for import duty and collection fees before the delivery could be made. I realise this is because the UK is now (sadly) no longer a member of the EU but the potential for these charges should have been made clear at the time of order. I made a complaint about these things and was told that the costs were because UK is outside of the EU and the price I paid was tax free (not at all clear when I ordered). Re the delay in delivery they just said the shippers were busy. I accept these are not the fault of the company but if there’s a huge delay to delivery time and a huge import fee to be paid there should be a warning on the website. I would not have ordered from this company had I known.
