Very bad: I did not receive what I ordered. It is somewhere in some sort of DHL limbo, so it was a total waste of money

Nice and easy purchasing experience, good packaging, time of delivery and quality, but excessive custom fees (more than three times the value of the item), and without no warning at all.

I was in Ámsterdam last month and the item was not available at the museum. The only reason I didn’t refuse to pay the excessive custom fees was because I had a replica of that painting in the past...
