Nice and easy purchasing experience, good packaging, time of delivery and quality, but excessive custom fees (more than three times the value of the item), and without no warning at all.
Improvements or suggestions
I was in Ámsterdam last month and the item was not available at the museum. The only reason I didn’t refuse to pay the excessive custom fees was because I had a replica of that painting in the past (my favorite and a gift) that was damaged in a flood a couple of years ago.
