Other than that, the screen I ordered is perfect!
It’s a 10 inch touch and works flawlessly , and it doesn’t need any driver.
As soon as I connected it ,my win10 computer recognized it and the touch was working
Perfect!
It also came well packaged and with both UK/EU power adapters.

Ordered a 15" monitor, it took a week to deliver, the first letter of postcode was missing despite being advised. We are in the UK, it was supplied with 2 x EU plugs(includes transformer). It took... Ordered a 15" monitor, it took a week to deliver, the first letter of postcode was missing despite being advised. We are in the UK, it was supplied with 2 x EU plugs(includes transformer). It took another 6 days before we received the correct plug. Staff were full of apologies yet inertia prevailed despite our pleadings. Mistakes happen - accepted, the effort to correct these mistakes was minimal.
