Ordered a 15" monitor, it took a week to deliver, the first letter of postcode was missing despite being advised. We are in the UK, it was supplied with 2 x EU plugs(includes transformer). It took another 6 days before we received the correct plug. Staff were full of apologies yet inertia prevailed despite our pleadings. Mistakes happen - accepted, the effort to correct these mistakes was minimal.

Delivery usually takes place within 2 business days and both UK and EU plugs should have been included in the first place. I am sorry to read that it did not work out this time.
