Ordering was a bit of a faff, but was dealt with efficiently. Orders arrived when expected but all four of my orders were misprinted. It appears due to how the file was created that it caused some... Ordering was a bit of a faff, but was dealt with efficiently. Orders arrived when expected but all four of my orders were misprinted. It appears due to how the file was created that it caused some printing issues, no one from the company proof checked my order to ensure it was printed correctly and no one contacted me before hand to let me know that they were having problems with recreating the file in print form. Which they could have done either via email or via the phone number they had and if they had done that a whole lot of wasted ink and paper could have been prevented.

Fortunately they agreed to reprint the pages that were misprinted, again delivery was prompt but again some pages of one of my files was again misprinted, (now considering their previous mistake, you would have thought common sense would have prevailed and they would have proof read the printed results, but no!) this time they choose to leave me with an incomplete order and to add insult to injury offered to reduce the cost of printing that file to half price. Since I was not able to resell my printed material and also had to refund customers who had pre-ordered the material. I was very much left out of pocket and yet they still expected me to pay for the incomplete order, which I had to bin.

So although my experience started positively, it ended badly and so I won't be using your services again, nor would I recommend you to anyone else.

On "Calculate order" page it is very confusing when asked to enter the number of pages;

After uploading 13 files the order confirmation states one cover and 11 inner. This is why the e-mail querying the situation was sent. We made the same observation last year but it has not been acted upon. This explains the "reasonable" rating for "after-sales" below.

I needed to contact the company about the layout especially its print-readiness. This was all very straightforward. Referring to the process, I was confused by steps 5 and 6. I received an invoice before delivery which I presumed needed to be paid before delivery. This seemed to make sense rather than the website's version which was that I receive the goods, then I pay. I appreciate, never having dealt with you before and therefore not knowing what quality to expect, that I should see what I am paying for first, but it could leave the company having to chase payments!

1. The costing is available immediately on the website. I didn't have to provide an email and wait for my costing to be sent to be along with opening myself up to lots of junk e-mails.

3. From order, contact, processing and delivery, I had little need to have further contact. It really was all 'automatic'. Despite all the processing and machinery, this all took place in the background; all I saw was the end result - my order.

However if you want to hear it, I could suggest telling the client how their photographs might slightly distort in the printing or how... Perhaps this requires two different order levels - standard order and professional order and cost them accordingly?
On the delivery I had three different delivery addresses. On the two in mainland GB, DPD gave me a hourly slot delivery time, but in Northern Ireland there was no such slot, so I had to wait in for the day when the delivery was due. (fortunately it arrived mid morning). However all the parcels arrived on the days in which they said they would.
