As it was our first experience with shipping a vehicle home from Europe we did not know what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised to have a professional and courteous team working with us to get the job done. Jeffery Braber and Avalanche were most helpful and positive throughout the process. When I had a concern near the end Joyce was quick to respond after hours and continued the effort to expedite the transfer. I would have no problem recommending this company and if I decide to repeat the process I will certainly contact them again.

If they could have a detailed list of steps and charges it would limit any confusion or surprises.
