I am reducing the reviews that I write on products I have purchased but as I am so pleased with my Bivolino made to measure shirts I will make an exception.
Strengths
The shirts are of high quality both in materials and manufacture. The prices are reasonable for a quality product.
The choice of fabrics is quite good.
The finished garment is very well packaged and arrives in good time.
My recent order came with fabric samples that I hope will be useful for my next order.
Improvements or suggestions
I have found that the website can be difficult.
I have to enter the same information for each shirt I order. This is annoying and time-consuming.
If the style is "comfort" the word comfort should appear in the final order specification otherwise there is room for doubt and confusion.
I may not be the brightest customer but your website should be able to guide me easily through the order process.
Having had a little moan, I must repeat that you have very good products and I wish you well.
