Strengths
Great product quality. Staff are polite and helpful. If you order something in an unusual size, they point this out to you to check you are sure, rather than letting you mistakenly buy the wrong thing and waste your time.
Improvements or suggestions
The website seems to have a problem with the basket quite often- it doesn't always let you delete things from it- you think you have, but when the page reloads you still have the same thing in the basket that you thought you'd just deleted. The website has in the past also taken me to different language versions of it for some reason, but this hasn't happened lately, so I'm not sure if it's still a problem.
