A bit misslead by the sizes and really expensive to return. I paid 1/3 of its fully coat just ti send it back. So for ordering west and stuff I will probably not order again. Is it free return I... I had a problem with the first product I received. Getting a response from their customer service dept took a day or two, but the the issue was resolved quickly and to my full satisfaction.

For contacts of the customer service dept. please confirm receipt of the message with a time frame in which to receive a response. In my case the final issue resolution was great, but a simple... In my case the final issue resolution was great, but a simple “thanks for your message, we’ll get back to you within 2 business days” would still have improved the process/waiting period until getting a response.
