Mixed feelings. Good customer service, fast response time on email and phone. Very good. Hardware seem to be rather ok build quality. Pictures quality (bullet camera pro) is good, but had some... Mixed feelings. Good customer service, fast response time on email and phone. Very good. Hardware seem to be rather ok build quality. Pictures quality (bullet camera pro) is good, but had some issues in the dark. Motion detection not good at all, picked up butterflies but not cars, so not useful at all. Maybe the PLUS series is better on motion detection? “Wireless” over the power lines; This was the main reason for buying the system in the first place, and it did not work at all. In same house and same phase it works. But next house 40m away, same meter box, it does not work at all even when I rewired the grid to get camera and recorder on the same phase. Bascom had no help to give, but they sent me wifi adapters to try to get it on wifi. The wifi adapters had issues they had to be locally rebooted if the recorder was rebooted, otherwise connection was not restored. My wifi coverage was also to bad for the complete planned system. Bascom took the system back and refunded my money without hazel, so once again very good customer service. Conclusion: Very good customer service, good build quality, good picture quality, motions detection not good on pro model, over power grid system very limited functionality.

Har köpt ett trådlöst system med plus-kameror. Snabb leverans, enkelt att installera och kanonkvalitet på inspelade videos. Mycket nöjd!
