Outstanding quality and service!
During the last 6 years I have 4 different Bascom systems, with a total of 19 cameras in operation.
The qualtiy is "high end" and the service from Bascom... Outstanding quality and service!

The qualtiy is "high end" and the service from Bascom support is first class whenever I have a question concerning operation or technical details.
Bascom has my very best recommendation!

Useless System, Bad resolution, No video only pictures. Bad instructions or no manuals, Visible IR Light at nightime, Motion detection reacts on shadows. Long delivery time, not 2 days as promised.... Useless System, Bad resolution, No video only pictures. Bad or no contact with Bascom power connection, No replay from customer service as promised.
