The drop off and pick up experience was smooth, and I couldn't think my eyes when we picked it up! The rug has a woven patchwork pattern with a ton of deep color -

and to my surprise, I was able to acknowledge the fundamental pattern from the underside of the rug - much like it was when it was brand new! When we got it home, I
was delighted to see how bright the colors became in the cleaning procedure. It resembles having my brand-new rug back.
