We did our second trip to your Parc an the kids and we really enjoyed it. Check in and Check out ist pretty good and your staff and yout safety team an technical team did a great job!

Everything was perfect the only problem we had was we were not provided with information about paying separately for bed linens and towels and important of all toilet papers and sanitary items . As everything was in Dutch in the app and we were using google translate, somehow it skipped our attention. I would like to recommend if you send this information for your not Dutch speaking customers in the corresponding emails separately.

We like the holidays , Our house wasn‘t very clean, the table wasn t clean, under the bed it wasn‘t clean a long time befor. No ventilation in the bathroom, the shower is stingking.
