I chose for Gildeprint because of their good-looking and high-quality products. There were some issues with the final product though. 1) The requirements on the provided files (like bleed...I chose for Gildeprint because of their good-looking and high-quality products. There were some issues with the final product though. 1) The requirements on the provided files (like bleed margin etc) are different if you ask it to another employee. 2) The first batch of my thesis was a misprint. Not one thesis, but all of them. Strange that this has not be noticed by the personnel of Gildeprint. 3) Luckily, they immediately agreed with me that the quality was not as it should be. So they correctly offered to reprint my thesis, delivering it in a few days. 4) The thesis suddenly got thicker. Not because I added content, but because they used (I think) thicker paper. Not problematic, but I would be best if Gildeprint just delivers what has been ordered.
