Absolutely bad experience. The communication is non-existent. The office took the decision to postpone the aangifte without consultation with the client. Months later made a meeting for the aangifte, which finished after 10 minutes because the advisor came unprepared. Still waiting almost a year later and the aangifte isn't finished. And we are a very small business which hardly makes any money
