Please create an automatic answer or show some care about purchasing. Specially being a regular client who purchased in long quantities it feels awful to unknown the situation of your purchaise for several weeks.

Thanks for sharing your feedback. We completely understand where you're coming from, and we’re sorry you felt let down. That was never our intention.
Based on your order note that everything should be shipped together, we assumed waiting was okay and believed we had communicated the expected delivery around November clearly. When we spoke on the phone we explained the situation, and we really appreciated the open and constructive conversation.
That said, this should have been handled smoother. We’re already looking into how we can improve our communication going forward to avoid situations like this.
