Delayed Delivery - No Feedback or Update

Ordered since 26 Nov, still not delivered till 1st Dec. No follow up or update from the business.

Thank you for your feedback and we are sorry to hear that the delivery took longer than usual. Unfortunately, the past few weeks have been quite hectic for our shipping partner, partly due to the Black Friday weekend. All backlogs have now been eliminated and we can deliver again at the usual speed. I see that our customer service has been contacted and that the package has now been delivered.
