This isn't really an improvement at, more of me sharing an idea. On my last order I had made a mistake on the delivery address. Since there is a certain amount of time between ordering an item and its shipping, maybe the ability for customers to modify their orders before status changes to shipped could be a handy option to have. Again, no improvement, Vik resolved everything himself quickly and the overall experience with the whole process was great as always.
