Unfortunately I had a very unplesant experience worh this company.
I have bought 3 trees and some other plants contacting with the company’s representative in Poland. We have agreed on the the trees, there size, type, cplour and price. Everything was in writting (email). The summary in the email was correct, items on the invoice were correct, the plants arrived, were planted. I checked the plant’s passports- they were also correct.
Unfortunately when the blooming started I noticed that I have been delivered a wrong magnolia- it was the wrong type, and colour. I did not like it and I did not order this type of magnolia. I contacted the company and have been apologized to for the mistake. They offered me a discount for the tree and told that they are sold out in this season an can’t deliver the right one. I replied that I am not satisfied with the wrong tree and a discount, I coul afford the tree I wanted.. I offered that I can wait until the next season for the right tree to be delivered but Mrs. Svetlana replied that the discount is the maximim that they will do…
What I dissapointment! Such a big company and so careless about the client. If you cannot deliver the item you have been paid for you should give the money back!
This is how it works- you sell, you deliver to get paid. Not the other way: you get paid, tou deliver the wrong tree and you don’t care…
I wrote an official letter to 3 managing directors of the company and have sent it via email and by post. Do you think they replied? No, they did not.
Do you think they gave back the „discount”- no they didn’t.
Shame on you Van den Berk!
I paid for the tree, for the transport to Poland and for the company that have planted it. For a tree I don’t like and I didn’t want.
Here is your well deserved opinion.
