The stupidest company to book the ticket for the trip. I booked a ticket with them, the money was taken from my bank but I didn't receive any booking. I talked to them and I said that I can't find any reservation. I was told that I will get my money back. It is a medical trip and I had to have an immediate reservation to see clinics. So the next day I booked another ticket with another company because, as I said, I needed an urgent ticket to see the clinics. After 4 days I receive the reservation and they tell me after 1 week of talking to them by phone and email that they can't give me money because I booked another ticket. Very bad how to solve this problem, it doesn't seem normal to me.
