My packet was sent to my second address when I asked for it to be delivered to a pick up point. Maybe the delivery system needs to be looked at?

Thank you for your review. Our delivery system is fine, but we saw that we could make a shipment that fits in the mailbox, so that's why we send it directly to your home. This way you don't have to stay home for the delivery, and you also don't have to spend time going to the pick up point. We hope you understand our reply to this matter.
