I'm in the hobby for a quite a few years now and this is by far my favorite game store. The collection of games is pretty diverse and I have no trouble finding the games or expansions I'm looking for. Orders are handled super fast and sent out the same day with appropriate end-to-end tracking. I also often preorder games here, and the estimated delivery dates are spot on, closely following release dates, with proper communication if there's some deviation. But what stands out for me more, is the excellent customer service, with it's responsiveness, friendly and meaningful answers, and true interest in sorting out any potential issue. Highly recommended.
