Bad experience. First sent with faulty information so postnord sent i back to netherlands from Finland. Next time they try they say its too big for customs, which is not a good excuse as it already once was here. Also, no customs has a size limit of this kind. Last email was even written in dutch, so really lazy.

Once again, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We did indeed discuss this via email. Unfortunately, Finnish customs rejected the snowboard because it was too long. We received it back and tried to ship it again via a different shipping company, but it was also returned due to its size.
We did everything we could to ship your package, but unfortunately, it was not possible for us.
