Ordered a snowboard since they promise same day shipping and I needed a new board fast for an upcoming trip. I got an order confirmation email, money transferred. 4 days later nothing about the board being shipped. Sent a email and didnt get a response. When I finally managed to get hold of a customer service rep, they told me the board was not in stock. At the time when I placed the order it showed they had two in stock. No email about the order being canceled or that my money is being refunded. What an horrible experience. Do not order from them if you need gear fast since their stock cannot be trusted or for them to send you an email letting you know. If I would have been notified straight away about the stock situation I could have ordered a board somewhere else. Now cause lack of communication from their part Im stuck with no board for my up coming trip

Thank you for your review. We are truly sorry for your experience and completely understand how frustrating this must have been, especially with your upcoming trip.
You are absolutely right to expect accurate stock information and timely communication. Unfortunately, due to a system error, the snowboard was incorrectly shown as in stock while it was no longer available. We sincerely apologize for this mistake.
You contacted us on Saturday, when we are closed, and as soon as we reopened on Monday morning, we responded immediately. We understand that the situation and the lack of earlier communication caused inconvenience, and that is not the level of service we aim to provide.
We are currently reviewing our stock system to prevent this from happening again.
