Sent wrong documentations to DPD, now my snowboard takes forever to get sent.

Thank you for your review. Unfortunately, something did go wrong with the documentation, and we sincerely apologize for this. Once we noticed the issue, we immediately forwarded the correct documents to DPD. Unfortunately, this meant the delivery took a bit longer than expected.
We have already been in touch about this, but we would like to apologize again for the inconvenience.
