Not good, your site said 5 day shipping. Its now been 23 days and the snowboard is no where close to arrive according to tracking history. And support hasn't been helpful or compensating.

I can confirm that an investigation was indeed in progress regarding the delivery of your package. Unfortunately, we are dependent on the carrier’s response time in such cases. In the meantime, we have been able to resolve the issue together with them, and both packages have now been delivered.
