I purchased nidecker blade plus snowboard with flow nx2 bindings (almost 800E in total). It's has been more than 1.5 wks since the purchase, contact with the company got broken 1wk ago (nobody answers my emails any longer). Tracking id I got is dead. No equipment, no money, looks like a scam.

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, I see that your package went missing in the mail during Black Friday. As soon as we found out, we immediately contacted DPD. This took a few days longer than you are used to from us due to the Black Friday rush. I see that we have now been in contact and that the issue has been resolved.
