What an awful customer experience !!!
I got a 815 € order paid on November the 29th. No follow up after a simple automatically transactionnal email. 3 unanswered emails and still don’t have any news about shipping (I was supposed to receive my material 6 or 8 days ago !!!!
Today I’m calling my bank, then my lawyer. To see how I get my money back.
Maybe snowboard.fr is just a scam 🤯
