Fast delivery, but the snowboard was not waxed as promised

We’re glad to hear that you are satisfied with the delivery speed of your order. Our apologies that your snowboard was not waxed upon arrival. Normally, we wax all of our snowboards before shipping, so we’re sorry this was not the case for your order.
