I just read your 1-star review and have responded to it as well. Please know that during Black Friday we work incredibly hard to keep up with the volume. It’s true that we cannot always meet the “ordered before 16:00, shipped the same day” promise during this particular week, but we do achieve this throughout the rest of the year.
We received your order 6000001409 on November 27th. This product was in stock, but the delivery from our supplier to us was delayed at that time, which caused the order to be shipped later than expected. Unfortunately, we are unable to change the delivery address once a package is already on its way. This is beyond our control.
I have checked the status of your parcel, and it is now ready for pickup at a collection point.
