Terrible customer service experience. Ordered some equipment and then immediately cancelled the order because I wanted to get something else. They ended up finally returning my message 2 days later after everything was shipped and didn't address my concern at all and told me I need to pay to return the products now. Shop on Blue Tomato or Freshfamr.it These guys sucks.

You placed an order on 1 December 2025 at 5:00 AM. Black Friday week is one of the busiest weeks of the year. During this period, our entire team works hard to ship all packages to customers as quickly as possible. Monday in particular was extremely busy, as we also had to process all weekend orders. For your understanding: we always finish packing orders before we start responding to emails. Yes, your package was shipped very quickly—before we had read your email. Our apologies for that.
It feels very disappointing for us to receive a 1-star review while we are doing our best to ensure customers receive their orders as fast as possible. What actually went wrong? You can simply refuse the package, and it will automatically be returned to us.
In short, I hope you can understand that during the busiest week of the year, we are not always able to respond to every email within 8 hours.
