I have ordered a marble fountain to downstairs toilet which arrived quick, however one of the corner was little chipped. When i called CS, they were very polite and helpful and arranged an immediate exchange after I provided pictures about the chip.
They were super fast and did not require the hassle to send the damaged product back.
