I had a wonderful experience with Tracey Robinson service. She explained everything clearly and was extremely patient throughout the whole process. It actually took us several days almost a full week to decide on the safari location I would choose with my partner, and she never rushed us. She gave us multiple options, answered all our questions, and guided us step by step with so much patience and professionalism. She was truly amazing.
We haven’t done the safari yet, it will only happen in June this year, but so far I only have great things to say about this company. I’m very happy with the customer service, the entire process, and the prices offered. I highly recommend them and would definitely suggest their service to anyone planning a safari.
