I have just finalised two 3-day back-to-back safaris with AFG and had the pleasure of Gaynor Emstzen being my organiser. I obviously had a lot of queries and Gaynor replied to me almost immediately (given the time difference) with my required information. She was extremely obliging, efficient and extremely pleasant to deal with. One of the positives for me was being able to chat to Gaynor and not have to rely on emails or messages.
