We had an excellent experience working with Heidi on our safari arrangements. She was responsive, knowledgeable, and very committed to finding the best options for us.
We only felt a bit of pressure to finalize the dates, but overall the service was outstanding.
For now, we’d give a solid 9/10, with our final judgment to come in 2026 once we’ve enjoyed the safari itself.
