I have just booked a Safari for my Honeymoon in 2027 with ASG. I first reached out to the company about 6 months ago so I could chat to someone to get some advice, as I had no idea where to start, and I received a reply extremely quickly from Mark Hull - I have been in regular communication with him from that first message to now.
Mark's professionalism, enthusiasm and expertise, along with his friendliness, have been nothing short of excellent. Mark clearly has a lot of knowledge in this area, and his confidence in suggesting locations put us at ease when it came to making our final decisions.
He took the time to figure out exactly what type of trip we wanted to organise (specifically a Safari with two different stays within Kruger), gave us many options to think through and didn't try to push us into anything (like more expensive lodges or add ons) if they didn't suit our requests. Notably, we started the process quite early, so it wasn't always simple finding out the costs for the dates we wanted to travel in, but Mark made all the effort to get us some estimates so we could continue planning.
I changed my mind several times on a few aspects of the trip (like the budget we were working with) and this was never an issue, I also had a fair few questions and Mark was always happy to help, whether via WhatsApp, calls, or emails.
The safari we have booked is far beyond what we could have hoped and we couldn't be more excited. We felt the price was fair, especially given the extras such as several private transfers included.
The support ASG and Mark provide is second to none, and I feel very confident in my decision to use them to book our trip. Even having booked this far in advance, Mark has made sure we can approach him for any information we need between now and our trip.
