I cannot say enough about my experience with African Safari Group specially Haidee Baburoglu. She helped me throughout my entire South Africa Planning process. She answered all my questions, some of them not even related to the reservation she was making. She was just trying to help out in any shape and form to make my experience very smooth.
Even though there are 9 hours difference of time between where I am and South Africa she made herself available for me so I could reach out to her at all odd times and responded to me whenever possible.
She was always very pleasant to talk to and even though I have not even started my trip I can tell that the company is very well organized and my family and I will definitely have a great time over there in South Africa, Nyati Lodge
