Accidental, but very good. I went to the internet looking for a specific lodge. I wasn’t paying attention when I clicked on African Safari Group (ASG). They got me what I was looking for in the end, no problem. However, since I was expecting to contact the lodge directly, ASG - specifically Heidi - was patient with me as I did some background research / confirmation to ensure ASG was indeed working with my preferred lodge. Now knowing ASG exists, I would consider them them should we want to go to their other locations in their network.
