Travel can be stressful; but traveling from the United States to South Africa that involves several different activities was keeping me up at night. That was until I was introduced to Henry Franklin @ ASG. Trite but true he "had me at hello." Henry's professionalism, knowledge regarding maneuvering our many different activities, expert knowledge of the country, his candor about everything ranging from safari to the winelands to Victoria falls to in-country air travel to luggage was simply elite. With the time difference, we literally did a call @ 6am South African time; talk about customer service !!! Henry is the guy when he's talking to you it sounds like he has a smile on his face and he's just a happy guy. When you meet him the perception is reality. Thank You Henry Franklin for caring about your customers and loving what you do for a living. I will certainly be recommending Henry and African Safari Group to friends and family who have South Africa on their travel bucket list.
