I’ll be honest, I very rarely use travel agents but a good friend of mine gave me Heidi’s details & highly recommended her & the African Safari group. Let’s just say I’m really glad I listened as her insight, Knowledge and access to special deals really paid off.
We initially discussed budget/expectations and were given various proposals which had easy access to links of each hotel/lodge and it gave a breakdown of what to expect and the associated costs which made it easy to navigate.
I’m so glad I listened to Heidi’s suggestion about the Lodge that we finally decided on which was based in Thornybush. It was unbelievable from start to finish (the delicious high quality food which changed daily / the super welcoming and friendly staff, amazing chefs, trackers, drivers, cleaners etc / the beautiful lodges / surroundings) everything was so special and we will 100% pass Heidi’s name/details onto anyone we know who is thinking to travel to SA in the future.
It’s left a special place in our hearts and we’ve created memories that will last a lifetime and we are forever greatful.
