I was not sure if everything was going to work out the way I had planned it in my head until I was contacted by Leanne, our dedicated reservationist consultant, and more. Leanne was so patient from the beginning until the end. She even managed to go above and beyond when it came to my family's dietary requirements and got permission from the lodge to bring in food that the chef went out of his way to prepare in the kitchen. Leanne contacted us before we were due to start travelling, made sure we arrived safely, kept in touch our entire stay, and was sweet enough to contact us once our trip was over to make sure we made it home safely. The safari experience at Baluleni Safari Lodge was wonderful, from the game drives to the food, and the staff made sure that my family was taken care of and that we had everything we needed. My only complaint is that we did not stay longer. Thank you to everyone who was involved in making this experience possible and so incredible.
